1. GENERAL POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of equine performance, rider variability, and the application-based structure of our training, no refunds are offered on any products, services, programs, or coaching.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
2. NO GUARANTEES
Stall High LLC provides education, coaching, and equipment designed to improve rider performance. However:
- Results depend on many variables outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Rider ability and consistency
- Horse soundness, training, and temperament
- Environment, footing, and competition conditions
- Adherence to training, coaching, and feed recommendations
Therefore:
No guarantees are made or implied regarding performance outcomes, time improvements, or competitive results.
3. COACHING SERVICES
All coaching services, including but not limited to:
- Review My Ride sessions
- Live coaching calls
- Muscle Activation Coaching (MAC)
- Digital courses and training libraries
are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for:
- Attending scheduled sessions
- Watching provided materials
- Implementing coaching recommendations
Failure to participate does not qualify for a refund.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products, including:
- Online courses
- Training libraries
- Recorded coaching sessions
are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Access is granted immediately upon purchase; therefore, all sales are final.
5. TANGIBLE PRODUCTS
All physical products, including but not limited to:
- Bits
- Stirrups
- Reins
- Saddle pads
- Saddles (including Bullseye Saddles)
are final sale.
Due to the customized and performance-based nature of these products:
- No returns or refunds are accepted
- Fit, performance, and rider/horse response may vary
- Proper use and adjustment are the responsibility of the customer
6. SADDLE CREDIT / INCENTIVE PROGRAM
Any credits earned through performance-based incentive programs:
- Hold no cash value
- Are non-transferable
- Are only applicable toward qualifying purchases as defined by Stall High LLC
Failure to meet program requirements, submit proper documentation, or follow guidelines may result in forfeiture of eligibility.
7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By participating in any Stall High LLC program, the customer acknowledges:
- Equine activities involve inherent risks, including injury or loss
- Training and riding outcomes are not guaranteed
- They assume full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and results
8. FINAL AUTHORITY
Stall High LLC reserves the right to:
- Determine eligibility for any program, credit, or reward
- Deny refunds under all circumstances
- Update policies at any time
All decisions made by Stall High LLC are final.
9. AGREEMENT
By purchasing any product or service, the customer confirms that they:
- Have read and understood this policy
- Accept all terms and conditions
- Agree that no refunds will be issued
